I had a pleasant stay at this hotel with very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and eager to assist. However, our room was on the side that got no sun, which limited our use of the lagoon, and the dining options could have been a bit more varied. The location is beautiful, but it feels a bit isolated from the real Bali experience, requiring a taxi to get around.
